Book Reviews

There are literally thousands of books available around the broad subject of Coaching, Self Improvement, Goal-setting and Personal Development – some good, some not so good and some not worth reading!

To help you chose what you spend your valuable time reading or studying, I will endeavor to give some honest and informed reviews on Books, Courses, Audios and Videos that I have found useful and/or have benefited from on the pages shown as sub-menus.

  1.  “The Success Principles”  (‘How to get from where you are to where you want to be’), by Jack Canfield & Janet Switzer.  An excellent manual which if followed does exactly what the subheading says!
  2. “Creating Your Best Life – The Ultimate Life List Guide”, by Caroline Adams Miller and Prof. Michael Frisch.  A book which backs up its practical approach to goal setting (and getting) with a lot of credible scientific research, while still being a ‘good’ read.

In the interests of trust and transparency, and to comply with the legalities of disclosure, please accept that I may earn a small commission in return for the research and work that I do to keep this site updated. This will not affect the objective way that I conduct these reviews.
